1. The people are told to observe Yom Kippur on the 10th of the month of Tishrei. 2. Instructions are given on how the High Priest observes Yom Kippur. (1 and 2 aren't in chronological order but it might still work) 3. Certain rules of kashrut are given: not to consume any blood or any animal that was not correctly slaughtered.
