The idea of Mad Libs® is to start with a traditional story (in this case, the story of the Exodus), and by crowdsourcing a few key points, end up with something very different (and, hopefully, very entertaining). All you have to do is print out one copy of the template story below and prompt your students for a list of words to fill in the blanks. Read the resulting story aloud to students and be prepared for laughter. Alternatively, you can print many copies of the template story for students to complete at home with their families. Grammatical terms may need to be explained to younger participants.
