Shalom Rav Reconstructionist Version
Shalom Rav is the birkat shalom (blessing for peace) that we read as the last blessing in the evening Amidah. The traditional version of this prayer asks God to grant peace to the people Israel. The Reconstructionists add “v’al kol yoshvei tayveil” at the end of the prayer asking God to bless not only the people of Israel but all who dwell on earth with peace.
