LESSON AT A GLANCE Students will study the first part of the prayer for the State of Israel. After discussing some of the major points, students will think about how the prayer relates to them individually and to others living outside of Israel. They will explore the imagery of the words and create a piece of art to illustrate their personal connection to the prayer and the importance of praying for Israel.
