Share this story of heroism and sacrifice to reunify Jerusalem in the Six Day War of 1967 with your students. Your students will learn about Zion Karasenti’s experiences during the Six Day War.  In the accompanying lesson, they will use a map activity along with a poetic narrative tol follow Zion on his journey throughout Israel, culminating with his arrival at the Kotel.
