![]() Cantorial Soloist, Angela Gold, of Temple Sinai, Denver, obliterated the competition in the online "Shuffle It in Hebrew Concentration" game held during the CAJE conference. Angela completed the game in the fastest time—53 seconds—and won an iPod Shuffle. |
Advance notice about the game had educators abuzz. One BJE consultant from the mid-West told us, "We're wasting so much time playing your game. The whole office got caught up in it." We're impressed with Angela's quest for perfection— she played over 200 times (yes, she was on vacation at the time!) and we were in awe at CAJE watching her fingers flying across the keyboard as she matched Hebrew words and pictures. Your students may enjoy playing too. Hmm, with Behrman House contests abounding (see page 2), it's a wonder we have time to make books! ![]() |
