Michael Lederman, Director of the Battat Educational Resource Center, Bureau of Jewish Education, San Francisco dropped us a friendly note the other day.
We’re almost at the end of the book, and in yesterday’s class, virtually all my students eagerly volunteered to read and could correctly identify each of the Hebrew letters and vowels learned through Lesson 22. I’ll take some credit for my students’ enthusiasm; however I really have noticed a marked difference in learning enthusiasm in my students this year, and I believe that much of that enthusiasm is directly attributable to shifting from our prior Hebrew learning materials to Shalom Uvrachah.
