 [COVER]
This ten-song CD and companion 30-page booklet is a vibrant resource designed to guide families as they celebrate Shabbat together at home. Seven original songs, written and performed by Mah Tovu, are drawn from Shabbat-related sources—including Psalms 92 and 95, the Yism'hu prayer, and the blessings for children—and touch on Shabbat themes of creation, peace, joy, rest, and Torah.

The complete lyrics, in English, Hebrew, and transliteration, appear in the booklet to encourage participation, while kavanot—reflections—on each song explain its central message. The CD and booklet include the Friday night blessings, chanted by Mah Tovu, so that even those just beginning Shabbat observance can feel comfortable participating. In addition, practical suggestions about Shabbat celebration, such as counting down to Shabbat and creating a Shabbat menu, can help families develop rituals that fit modern lifestyles.
