Mike serves as president of Jvillage Network, a membership engagement company that builds dynamic, interactive, great-looking websites for synagogues and other Jewish institutions. Jvillage then helps their members use their sites to create a vibrant on-line community.

Jvillage is not just a bunch of tech experts; their staff of 14 consists of experienced designers, project managers, executive directors, and specialists in Jewish content and congregational outreach.

Mike joined the Jvillage Network team after nearly four years serving as a synagogue executive director, most recently at Ohavi Zedek Synagogue in Burlington, Vermont. Mike brings to Jvillage Network 15 years of experience in non-profit membership outreach, communications, management, and fundraising. Prior to entering the field of Jewish communal service, he developed these skills working in politics and law.

Before moving to Vermont, Mike served as the executive director of Temple Emanu-El in Birmingham, Alabama. As a synagogue executive director, Mike enjoyed and benefited from his memberships in both the North American Association of Synagogue Executives (Conservative movement) and the National Association for Temple Administration (Reform movement).
