It is always a pleasure to be of service to you in providing books for your school. We’ve just finished our “season” here at Behrman House, the time when most of you order your books. Now that the materials have all been delivered and classes are well underway, things have started to quiet down in the order department and in the warehouse.

The action has now transitioned to my department – bookkeeping and collections. One of my jobs is to monitor timeliness and payments of the accounts. I help ensure that books are shipped out to our schools as soon as possible, and our schools help me do this by ensuring that their accounts are paid on time.
