How to download your free second copy of the Alef Bet Quest software

1. In order to download Alef Bet Quest software, you must have already purchased a copy and registered as a new member, with a User Name and Password.
    
2. Click on this link to download a second copy of the software:

3. Enter the same User Name and Password you used when you initially registered your software and click “Sign On.” If you have forgotten your User Name and/or Password, please call customer support at 1-800-221-2755 and they will retrieve it for you.

   The software will then “Validate Your Credentials.” If prompted, click “Run” the file.
    

4. The Alef Bet Quest installation program will begin to download.
    
5. Once the program has finished downloading, click Run and the Install Wizard will begin.
    
6. Click the Install button. (By default, Alef Bet Quest  will be installed in Program Files [on your C drive] under Behrmanhouse).
    
7. An Alef Bet Quest  icon will appear on your Desktop. Double click on the icon to start Alef Bet Quest.  Sign in with your User Name and Password and begin to play!
