How to download your copy of the Kol Yisrael software

1. In order to download Kol Yisrael  software, you must have already purchased a copy and registered as a new member, with a User Name and Password.
    
2. Click on this link to download a second copy of the software:

3. Enter the same User Name and Password you used when you initially registered your software and click “Download.” If you have forgotten your User Name and/or Password, please call customer support at 1-800-221-2755 and they will retrieve it for you.

     A box will pop-up asking you how to proceed. "Save" the file.
    

4. The Kol Yisrael installation program will begin to download.
    
5. Once the program has finished downloading, double click on the file. A box will pop-up asking you how to proceed. Choose "Run" and the Install Wizard will begin.
    
6. Click the Install button. (By default, Kol Yisrael  will be installed in Program Files [on your C drive] under Behrmanhouse).
    
7. A Kol Yisrael  icon will appear on your Desktop. Double click on the icon to start Kol Yisrael .  Sign in with your User Name and Password and begin to play!
