Are you a Jewish educator charged with managing change, engaging employees or volunteers, improving communication, or driving collaboration? You can win a $300 scholarship from Behrman House to join Deborah Grayson Riegel for her 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program.

Leaders who know how to take a coaching approach bring out the best in people by helping them focus, understand their own skills and perspectives, strategize, overcome obstacles, and create accountable action plans. Coaching skills are essential for those who want to help their staff, leaders and organizations thrive while doing mission-driven work.

The Jewish Coaching Academy’s 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ is a 12-hour coach training program, which combines live, instructor-led facilitation with individualized feedback on coaching skills. While this course is designed for executives, managers and seasoned lay leaders of non-profit Jewish organizations, it can benefit anyone who is interested in learning core coaching skills for their work and life.

The Jewish Coaching Academy’s 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ draws from the most advanced knowledge-base in the coaching field and is translated into a simple, intuitive and highly transferable framework for busy professionals and leaders, while infusing the learning with the Jewish values that undergird our work and lives.

If you are interested in learning core coaching skills for your work and life, this is the coaching program for you. Find out more about the program and watch the following coaching tip from Deborah Grayson Riegel:
