As we come out of our busy season, we find it important to reflect on all the ways we work to support you and your educational needs.
Many of you told us about the difficulties you have been experiencing ordering the new materials we acquired from the URJ Press. Now all the cleared and available titles are just a click away in the URJ Press section of our online store.
We learned from you about changes you would like to see in the Online Learning Center, and have a scheduled a review of new features in mid-January to determine next steps for further improving the OLC.
We also received useful feedback on our Hebrew curriculum materials, which will be handed over to our editorial department, as well as customer support suggestions, which will be discussed during our weekly customer support team meetings.
Again, we thank you. We enjoy hearing when we've been helpful, of course. We also appreciate your honest feedback so that we can fix things when they're not working as well as they could. Our goal is to be your trusted and effective partner in the great work you do.
